PUBLIC NOTICE VILLAGE OF MINTO
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the Village of Minto is considering the adoption of amendments to the RURAL PLAN BY-LAW NUMBER 137 for the area within the Village limits by adding:
Re-zoning the property of Marie Laurianne Fraser located at 139 Upton Street identified as PID 45028420 from Residential to Neighbourhood Commercial under section 39 of the Community Planning Act for the purpose of creating a small retail store.
Re-zoning the property of Carl & Lorraine Vandoorselaere located at 15 Crescent Lane identified as PID 45025632 from Residential to Neighbourhood Commercial under section 39 of the Community Planning Act for the purpose of a Greenhouse business.
Re-zoning the property of Brenda Savoy located at 133 Upton Street identified as PID 45131919 from Residential to Neighbourhood Commercial under section 39 of the Community Planning Act for the purpose of a creating a business.
The proposed amendments may be viewed by interested persons at the Minto Village Office from Mon. to Fri. between 8:30am - 4:30pm or questions can be addressed to the undersigned at 327-3383.
A PUBLIC HEARING to consider written objections to the proposed amendments of Rural Plan By-law 137 will be held on December 8, 2009 at 6:00 PM at the Municipal Building, 420 Pleasant Drive, Minto, NB. Any person wishing to speak for or against the written objections is entitled to be heard.
WRITTEN OBJECTIONS to the proposed by-law may be sent to the Clerk at 420 Pleasant Drive, Minto, NB, E4B 2T3 until 4:30 pm on December 8, 2009 for consideration at this meeting.
