DIRECTORS

Our Board of Directors, comprised of several individual sub-committees, govern Minlak Training Programs Inc.  Board meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm.
   The Annual General meeting is open to the public and takes place in May. New members are nominated at this time.

STAFF

Minlak Staff are required to have the skills and knowledge to meet the needs of the participants.  Our staff meet these requirements with continued  education in:
· Social Role Valorization
· Behavioral Support
· Program Planning
· Individual Support Plans
· Emergency First Aid/CPR

In Addition staff must have a  criminal record check performed and comply with the terms of the Family and Community Services Record Check.
