MINTO COUNTRY MUSIC WALL OF FAME INC.
Johnny was born December 28, 1954, and has lived all of his life in the Bronson/Chipman area of New Brunswick.
His enjoyment of country music began at a very young age. He has been playing Country Music for over 25 years, and has contributed greatly to its success in the Grand Lake area, by playing guitar and singing for various telethons, in parades, for the Senior Citizens, the War Veterans, and benefits for people who are experiencing hardships, along with a number of different venues throughout the area.
He has spread his love of music all across the Grand Lake area and Johnny could always be counted upon to share his talents and help someone in need, be it in his own Community or the neighboring Village of Minto.
Over the years Johnny has played with such local notables as Bob Cunningham, Dave McNeill, Oscar Egers, Emile Cormier, and Ronnie Vautour to name a few.
Some highlights of this courageous gentleman’s music life have been playing with the Joey Knight Showcase, and the Gary Morris Country Showcase in Sussex.
Although Johnny has been battling cancer himself, he still goes out of his way to help play music for anyworthy cause.
Johnny has had many hard roads to cross himself, his faith, love of his family, and his music has given him the courage to carry on during trying times.
